Public Status

Public Status & Lawful Position

A plain statement of what the Republic is, what it is not, and how its public-facing work should be understood.

What the Republic is

The Republic of D’Key is a private civic, cultural, educational and constitutional framework. It holds a symbolic and organisational identity for aligned branches, records, standards, teachings, and long-term continuity.

Its work is intended to be peaceful, voluntary, service-oriented, evidence-led and lawful.

What the Republic is not

The Republic of D’Key is not presented as a state, government body, public authority, charity, political party, court, regulator, or substitute for UK law.

No page on this site should be read as a claim to public office, statutory authority, public jurisdiction, or legal exemption.

Operating posture

Public activity should be carried out through appropriate lawful structures, branch websites, documented programmes, partnerships, and proper accounting.

Participation

Engagement with the Republic framework is voluntary. Visitors, partners, and participants remain responsible for their own legal, financial, professional and personal decisions.

Branch separation

D’Key Civic, Academy, University, Private Association and other branches may have separate purposes, records, policies, and operating structures.
