This record anchors the Republic’s internal governance framework in time: the date on which the Canon was formally adopted as its primary internal reference.
On this date, the Canon of the Republic of D’Key, Version 1.0 (Frozen), together with its approved internal instruments and extracts, was adopted as the Republic’s internal governance framework.
From this date, the Canon serves as the primary internal reference for the Republic’s structure, conduct, stewardship, records and succession arrangements.
The adoption was made in private capacity by the Founder acting as steward for present and future generations. It creates no public office, statutory power or authority over any external person, property, institution or body.
Subsequent internal decisions, programmes and records should remain consistent with the Canon unless it is amended through its own documented process and subject to applicable external law.
