Public documents should carry a date, version, responsible branch and plain-language status note.
A conservative index of documents and public-facing records. It explains what is public, what is an extract, and what remains internal, so visitors can understand the Republic without confusing public information with private archive material.
The Republic of D’Key is a private constitutional, civic, cultural and educational framework. It is not a state, government body, public authority, court, regulator, charity or political party. Public-facing activity is voluntary, peaceful, branch-based and subject to appropriate UK legal, financial and professional obligations.

Public documents should carry a date, version, responsible branch and plain-language status note.
Private, personal, sensitive, financial, legal or membership-specific records should not be published unless deliberately cleared.
Before publication, language should be checked against the Status page to prevent confusion about public authority, regulated status or external legal effect.
