The Republic of D’Key is a private constitutional, civic, cultural and educational framework. It is not a state, government body, public authority, court, regulator, charity or political party. Public-facing activity is voluntary, peaceful, branch-based and subject to appropriate UK legal, financial and professional obligations.

Coordinate branches
Keep Civic, Academy, Advanced Studies, Association, internal systems and commercial work clearly separated but strategically aligned.
Record decisions
Important decisions should be dated, versioned and kept in a controlled archive or public record where appropriate.
Handle correspondence
Public enquiries should be routed through the appropriate branch and answered in measured, professional language.
Build continuity
Develop the Republic as a credible, useful and disciplined framework that can outlive short-term emotion or personality.
