This record anchors the Republic’s governing framework in time: the moment the Canon was adopted and entered into force as the Republic’s supreme internal authority.
On this date, the Canon of the Republic of D’Key, Version 1.0 (Frozen), together with its duly derived instruments, extracts, and codices, is adopted and affirmed as the governing framework of the Republic of D’Key.
From this moment forward, the Canon stands in full force and effect as the supreme internal authority of the Republic, governing its structure, conduct, stewardship, and succession.
This adoption is made in private capacity by the Founding Authority of the Republic, acting in stewardship for present and future generations, without assertion of authority over any external person, land, institution, or jurisdiction.
All subsequent actions, programs, and instruments of the Republic proceed under this Canon unless lawfully amended in accordance with its provisions.
